For pre-orders, our order processing will be started once we receive the newly released products from South Korea and it will take up to 5-7 business days from the release date.
If an order contains any pre-order items, the order will be held until all pre-order items are available to ship. If you would like to receive the items in stock first, please kindly create the order separately.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopend, and in its original packaging.
