careful packaging, perfect condition, helpful consistent communication, and many many photocards!!

This is my second purchase with them, and it was a great experience! When my package was delayed, the customer service team quickly responded and kept me updated till the day it arrived, which I very much appreciated! As for the actual product, it came in perfect condition! The fabric pouch it includes was bigger than expected, and the quality of everything exceeded expectations! Very satisfied and will be ordering more in the future!

Only thing was the delay in the shipment. Was hoping to receive by Christmas. But my daughter was still happy with the purchase.

I loved it! The seller is really nice and made sure that the products would be sent as quick as possible once they got them in their store! I didn't mind the wait and it was safely packaged. I would definitely order from this store again! :D

Came perfect! Exactly what I wanted 😁

It's my first time getting seasons greetings from any kpop group and it's so worth the money honestly. Everything is super beautiful and the pictures slay so hard. It came with 2 sets of pcs plus the pob ones which is great!

Everything was packed nicely and arrived in great shape! I love purchasing from this shop! <3

I absolutely love it! It came carefully packaged in perfect condition!

Beautiful!! Packaging was great and done carefully. My only complaint is that the outside box of the item is slightly damaged. Nothing extremely noticeable but slightly annoying nonetheless.

Item arrived in perfect condition! Very happy with my purchase.

Live it

There was a very tiny amount of packaging debris inside, but nothing was affected quality wise! Everything was beautifully packaged, and so fun to unbox!
